Hello, and welcome. As a compassionate and caring therapist my hope is
that everyone who visits me here benefits in some way.

Are there areas in your life where the support from an
insightful, understanding, intuitive trained professional could be beneficial? It’s my
honor and life’s work to help you live your best life.

My areas of expertise are in the following:

  • Anxiety/depression/relationships
  • Family therapy/parenting/children/adolescents
  • Couples therapy, with the use of many aspects of EFT (effective focused couples therapy)
  • Food addiction and weight loss

One of the best things you can do for yourself, your relationship and your family is to work with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, confidential and neutral environment.  This work may include just you, you and your partner, you and your family members or a combination of all three.  

I have gone through years of training to help people who are struggling
with feeling better. Let’s work together and develop fresh insights about
your life and your patterns. During our sessions we will develop
techniques to manage anxiety, depression, self-criticism, and other
unhealthy thoughts and emotions. In addition, we will focus on present and
future circumstances that may be challenging. We will come up with
practical and sustainable ways to re-frame the problem with new thinking and
action based solutions.

I work with individuals, couples and families using a variety of
therapeutic approaches. I believe the most important part of successful
therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. My heart
and soul drives my work and our work together. In addition, I am on call,
offer night and weekend appointments and make every effort to find time for
all my clients.
